Delivery Terms
We offer reliable delivery services across the UK Mainland to ensure your fudge arrives fresh and delicious.
- Standard Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days if placed before 3 pm (Monday–Thursday). Standard delivery does not include weekends.
Delivery Details:
- We deliver to most UK addresses, including England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).
- If you need the fudge as soon as possible, please get in contact and we will strive to get the fudge out as soon as possible.
If no one is available to receive your order, it will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible. If neither option is suitable, the courier may leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions.
Product Availability and Quality
Every piece of Mrs Fudge is crafted with care, and we take pride in delivering high-quality products.
- All orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase. If a product is unavailable, we may substitute it with another of equal or greater value.
- If you’re unhappy with the quality of your fudge or if it arrives damaged, please notify Mrs Fudge within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We aim to ensure every order arrives exactly as described and in perfect condition.
Gift Vouchers
Mrs Fudge gift vouchers are a wonderful way to share the joy of our handmade fudge. Please note the following terms:
- Gift vouchers must include the recipient’s email address, order number, and order date to be valid. No refunds or change will be given for gift vouchers where the value exceeds the order total.
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used once.
- Vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
